Great job KC! I wish my Walgreens would let me use more than 1 RR at a time but they won't. :-(

I am sorry, they do say one per purchase, but honestly I am purchasing more than one item... its harder to argue then using 2 toothpaste coupons on 2 tubes of toothpaste. Although if you have a cashier claiming one per purchase means one per transaction, then I have no patience. Anyway, I am going to submit these rebates for cash as a way to convert the RR into cash for our trip.

There is nothing to be sorry about. My store used to let me use more than one as long as I had a product for each one since they are mfrs. cpns but they stopped letting me. I may have try another
store. :-)

As far as the Stimulous Fry's Deal- here you go:

I saw that you can't buy alcohol and tobacco with them. I saw nothing about not buying other giftcards with them. I am going to buy one and check the fine print. It is not a lost cause if you have direct deposit! Read this:

Hey thanks for the link. Now I need to decide what to do, since you can use your credit card, you could get some points there too...
I did get a call back today from Walgreens, based on my experience from last week and they confirmed that a walgreens coupon can be combined with a MFC, they can adjust the price of the coupon down so the item is free, clearly I want overage, but a free item is a free item and they weren't even letting me do that. And the AM said one per purchase meant one per transaction which was also frustrating so the Walgreens person also confirmed one per purchase meant one per item not transaction. Of course I knew that, and calling and apologizing doesn't really do much for me, since the $5 off $20 coupon is no longer good. Anyway, enough with my rant, just commiserating with the ignorant Walgreens empmloyee issue.

It seems to be so much easier to deal with CVS. I only do the deals at Walgreens and buy nothing else there because I hate their customer service.
